It is precisely the absence of political orientation in Christ that distinguishes him from other prophets:
These two extremes, extreme kindliness of heart and the most violent passion, show in him a character akin to that of the Prophet save only that he had not the wide political perspective of the Prophets nor their gift of divine consolation to the nation.--Jesus of Nazareth: His life, times, and teaching / Joseph Klausner.

Great quote thanks. On lunch i came to the realization that we only need a government because of the people, if everyone was good hearted there would be no need for any sort of government which could imply that utopian anarchy (if working) is based on a pure good hearted society completely harmonious

Minor point, but for Jesus to have been a politician, he would have had to have existed.

He would have been Che Guevara ?
Both took an established philosophy Judaism and Communism and adapted it .
Both had an older mentor John the Baptist and Fidel Castro
Both went on the be killed at a young age by the "authorities" Jesus by crucifixion Che being shot by soldiers.
Both became iconic figures with their images being commonly used throughout the world (mostly by people, who didn't really understand what they stood for)

thats not a fair comparison. its like comparing an apple to an orange
Both contain water
both contain sugar
both are fruit
both you can eat
same thing right

or darwin and cancer

both contain a significant amount of water
both grow larger in time
both could potentially kill you
and both are hated by some and both have probably traveled to the galapagos

You are quite right of course
That was done off the top of my head as an example that you cannot really make these sort of comparisons.
That you can twist any of the "facts" to fit in with whatever preconceived idea you have
It is a false analogy to say that Jesus would fit into any category of modern politician.
