Default Who Wrote the Bible? (History Channel)

I just saw "Who Wrote the Bible" on History Channel. There will be a rerun at midnight (ET). I saw Friedman (Dr. X ) and Crossan, among others. It's a 2.5 hour show.

I just purchased Dr. Friedman's latest book, "The Bible With Its Sources Revealed." GREAT book! Highly recommended.

The Bible With Souces Revealed
Quote:
In The Bible with Sources Revealed, Richard Elliott Friedman, one of the world's foremost experts on the Bible and author of the bestselling Who Wrote the Bible?, offers a new visual presentation of the Five Books of Moses -- Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy -- unlocking their complex and fascinating tapestry of sources. Different colors and type styles allow readers to easily identify each of the distinct sources, showcasing Friedman's highly acclaimed and dynamic translation
edited to add: Dr. X is a poster here who likes to recommend Friedman's Who Wrote the Bible?

That's a pretty humorous response Toto. BTW, have you read the newer Friedman book that Middleman mentioned? I'm not familiar with it.

A few questions: (1) Can someone post a synopsis to the documentary? (2) What date does Friedman give J? (3) Does he consider any theories other than the Documentary Hypothesis, or variants in dates?

Notices that Toto, once again, is using his name in vain. Instructs Seed to release the hounds. . . .

I missed it because I was too busy trying to survive the cardiovascular collapse which was the Superbowl.
