Did Jesus really exist?or he was imaged
These seems to be no irrefutable evidence to show the existence of Jesus.
The Nt especially 4 evangels told us many different stories, and they cannot explain and ecoh with each other even many of them are contradicted. So if the Nt was said by God,according to the christians'claim, why did so many mistakes there? The other question is that Jesus did many unbelievable things like curing a blind, driving out ghosts, why people have no doubt to these? About the contradictions in the 4 evangels, the christians allege that today's newspapers usually report the same things with many perspectives so the 4 man writing the evangels may using their own thoughts to depict the fact that Jesus revived. How to rebut these bullshits? |

There isn't much evidence that Frank (the guy that sold baked apple fritters in the crowd at some of Jesus' sermons) really existed either. I don't think Frank touched very many people's lives in any kind of really serious way, so nobody bothers to insist he existed.
Jesus existed in the same sense as William Wallace or perhaps Paul Bunyan. Some of the claims made by those that tell stories about them are clearly not true, but they sound good. Some of the stories are about other people who really only did or said one extraordinary thing so nobody remembers their name, just that one thing that they did or said. Maybe it was Frank that said the meek shall inherit the Earth, and that stuck with people, but nobody could quite remember who said it. Some of it sounds realistic, and is in keeping with the character the story is about, but is just made up to make the story better. There are contemporary examples. Think about some of the things attributed to people like Albert Einstein, a truly extraordinary person in his own right. Despite his genuine achievements, people still make stuff up and attribute it to him, to give it credence. It is easier to discredit these types of made up stories because so many records of his life remain. Nevertheless, thousands of people that are otherwise perfectly reasonable (and thousands more who are not) have seen Elvis Presley since his death, because he touched their lives in a special way. Its not conclusive, but you can infer from the furor and wild claims made about Jesus that somebody, probably somebody special, and almost certainly somebody controversial, lived by that name and did some stuff that people remembered and told other people about... with just a little bit of embellishment. |

The process of the formation of Christ is the process of the apotheosis.
We can make a assumption without any doubt that Jesus was only a ordinary man(or even he was really existent). To form a religion, those apostles must fabricate lots of vivid stories about Juses. Image a fact that, if you tell a kid below 10 years old that a man is able to fly, he or she will much possiblely think it is true and that if you tell this story to a graduate student, what will happen? Okey,go on. That time in Israel, people even those who accepted high education didn't have enough physical nous to identify wether it was true or not. nealy all ordinary people could be cheated easily. An old saying tells us that a lie be told 3 times is a truth. |

This subject has been the focus of, by my rough count, 72 billion previoius threads including one that is currently "front page" (Jesus Myth turning point). Please run a search using "Myth" or "Doherty" in the title to find the others so that you don't rewalk well-worn paths.
