I was going to provide some links and maybe post an article or a debate and then comment on it, but thats not what you want.

You want to mock and scorn and hope that fellow skeptics come and slap you on the back. No thanks. The skeptics over at TWEB have the same arguements you do, but many of them have dropped the crummy attitude bit.

I dont have the desire to deal with people who have attitudes such as you do, when there are plenty of skeptics who dont feel the need to act like a fool.

Well I see you have graduated from calling people liars to calling them young. Im 27 Biff, so Im not exactly some inexperienced youth.
So if you whine and complain about being a victim is that supposed to keep us from noticing that you evade the issues?

Well every reason I can think of would be extremely unflattering towards you. I was giving you a chance to redeem yourself.

You eat apologists for breakfast? Yeah ok sure. Ive read enough threads here and at TWEB to see just how good skeptics do vs apologists in an internet debate. Not to mention various books and web articels I have read.

As to the resurrection being a historical event I think the Theists have it slightly over the atheists here. But only slightly.
If you had shown your opinion to be of any value that would be nice to know. However the request was for evidence not bluster.

Get to the point.
Then after you were shown to be wrong, you didnt retract the statement or even bother to apologize.
I do not retract nor do I apologize because I was not shown to be wrong. In fact my position was stated quite elequently by other posters.
No, instead you chose to cling to the next charge you could come up with and so grabbed hold of this "you do leave the impression of being a youth" garbage.
I said that you leave the impression of youth. Your poor vocabulary, shoddy reasoning skills and hyperbole left the impression that you were a high school Junior in the throws of ragging hormones. That you are 27 is shocking, and rather sad.

look steadele, for gods sake get on with it. we've had 13 posts since you claimed that the evidence for a resurrection was good. we've yet to see you show it. no one is interested in you regurgitating the thread from your point of view, they only want you to answer their questions like you claim you can. if you can't answer them, why claim you can do so?

to be fair, we get all sorts of people comming in here and claiming they can prove something, and when called on it, they never do, they either leave and join a new thread (magus for example), or just claim to be under attack and resort to ad homs etc (too many examples, and they don't tend to last long enough for me to bother learning their names).

so, get on with it- have you got good arguments for the resurrection/virgin birth or not?

Okay will do. For now lets limit the discussion to the resurrection.

Ill present what I think are some good arguments in favor of the resurrection in my next post.

Well you can, of course, do as you please within the frame work of this sites regulations.
But then so can King Rat and I. And I for one am not going away but will continue to favor you with my observations.
