Well, I see that they've noticed the posters who 'attack' their beliefs are mainly from the II board, so probably any applications from members here who have been shown to be against their thought-patterns would be seriously considered and reconsidered by the admins.

I dunno man, they approved my user name and I think due to my constant post slutting i've probably got a high II visibility factor.

Edited to add: Hell, I just bumped out Jobar for the 20th spot in the list of people with the top post counts

Especially if someone is confused. Why not? I'm all for engaging with people who hold views I disagree with. I wonder how open the debate would be though - I can't see anyone they don't like lasting as long as the fundies do on iidb.

You've got to play it pretty tight over there from what I can see. It also seems that you've got to take a lot of shit from Dr. Doom and a few others and just let it slide. They get special priviledges to verbally assault anyone they want. :banghead:

They must have had fun completing their profiles.

Likes: Calling people unpatriotic who don't love Jesus.
Dislikes: Unpatriotic people who don't love Jesus.
Interests: Being patriotic.

Slinging I can cope with. I would be more concerned about my details (e-mail address and so on) being distributed to buttheads.

Yeah, I have some concern about that as well, but they don't seem quite that nutty.

Gah, their policies on updating user info are draconian :banghead:

I don't think it's very cool or mature at all for posters here or from anywhere to head over to a place like FC to troll. It doesn't reflect well on yourself and whatever groups or ideologies you've chosen to associate yourself with. That said, I know its hard to go over there honestly because 10 to 1 they'll look you up over here, see that you post on IIDB, and dismiss you offhand.

On a final note, don't confuse free conservatives with actual conservativism. They would do themselves justice and stop misleading people by changing their site to 'freeneoconservatives.com'. There is no conservative party left in the US anymore. The closest thing we have is the liberatarians. The people at FC follow the label, not the ideologies behind it.

That website hurts my brain sometimes. You know it's bad when the moderators are flaming people more than the members are. :banghead:

No kidding. I put in an intro and left it at that for now. Mentioned I was from II and already got some warnings to basically mind my P's and Q's :rolling:
