Week Long Jewish Festivals
As Palm Sunday has just passed, does anybody know which week long Jewish festival is associated with palm fronds ,shouts of 'Hosanna' and quotations from Psalm 118?
Is it a) Passover or b) Tabernacles? If I read a story about Christmas celebrations featuring fireworks and declarations of independence, would I be right in thinking that the author confused July 4th with Dec. 25th? |

And Abraham took branches of palm trees, and the fruit of goodly trees, and every day going round the altar with the branches seven times [a day] in the morning, he praised and gave thanks to his God for all things in joy.] spin |
