Maybe the Jews got it right
Now of course I don't believe that the Jews got it right, but some Jews might like my "for the sake of argument" approach. If the Old Testament is true, why should anyone rule out reasonable possibilities that either the Jesus of the New Testament was a supernatural imposter, or an alien imposter. Paul says that Satan has transformed himself in an angel of light, so from a Christian perspective, powerful and deceptive supernatural beings exist, and have already deceived lots of people with God's permission.

Maybe the Jews got it right
Quote:
Since God has allowed hundreds of millions of people to die without having heard the Gospel message, why would he have been in the least bit concerned with accurate originals or accurate copies? Surely an accurate original or an accurate copy is no better than no Bible at all as far as those people were concerned. |
