Default Why Did "John" Relocate the Temple Cleansing in His Narrative?

Are there any ideas out there as to why the writer of John's gospel would have moved the cleansing of the temple scene from Passion Week to the virtual beginning of Jesus' ministry? It seems so much more dramatically effective where the Synoptic writers placed it, providing them with a plausible catalyst for the Jewish leaders' hostility towards Jesus.

What might the writer of John's account have been hoping to accomplish by placing it so early on in his story?

John was written 1st. Why would they change it? All four gospels were written before 70 ce. There were more than "1" Jerusalem so Jesus never prophesied the destruction of the temple in 70.
