Default Simple Observation in regards to Noah's Ark

The ark was over 507 feet long, almost 85 feet wide and almost 51 feet tall (converted from cubits).

Where'd he get the wood?

From the gofer trees in Never-Never land. In Never-Never land you Never-Never have to face reality, you Never-Never have to present evidence. You just stick your fingers in your ears and say, "The Babble says so! The Babble says so! La! La!! La!!!"

Not from the tree that produced fruit that brought sin into the world- though perhaps from the Tree of Life close by. Not from the trees that talked to each other in Judges 9, but maybe from those that could sing in 1 Chron 16:33, and those that could clap their hands in Isa 55:12. Not from the oaks of Bashan, told to wail in Zech 11:2. Not even from the enormous trees in Dan 4:11 and Ezek 31:6. Certainly not from the fruitless trees of Matt 3:10 and Jude 12.

Perhaps from the tree in Proverbs 3:18?

'Blessed is the man who finds Wisdom, the man who gains Understanding, because she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold. She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honour. Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who embrace her;
those who lay hold of her will be blessed.' Proverbs 3:13-18

Noah had a bunch of beavers cutting trees and making planks for the ark, now the question is , where did he put the beavers , woodpeckers and carpentar ants in the ark !
A while back , I was checking my dog for fleas and it struck me ! How did Noah manage to take only 2 fleas on board with all these animals ? If god gave Noah a flea shampoo recipe , I'd like to get a few bottles of it ! (;

He had to use a special wood that is stronger than any we know today.

The largest all-wooden vessell known was Caligula's barge (377 feet), but it didn't move on its own. Several all-wood warships were built in the 1800's over 300 feet and all suffered from structural problems.

Nobody (other than Noah) has ever built a seaworthy all-wood vessel over 400 feet in length.

The ark dimensions work out to about 2 million cubic feet (or should I express that in cubic cubits?). There are an estimated 2 million species on earth, presumably no fewer back in Noah's time. So each pair of animals had 1 cubic foot of space, including storage of food. How did Noah clean out the poop?

No....

There was an early form of recycling here.

The various forms of animal poop were served up as food to other species.

Why do you think the 'poop deck' was so named?
