Ummm....shouldnt you ask your questions to REAL Christians?
I dont get the purpose of posting your criticism here. This forum, which is probably over 65% atheist, is not a good source to ask toigh questions on Christianity. Post your questions in a Christian forum, to be refuted in minutes. There is no need to boost your ego by mocking Jesus or David, get some balls and ask someone with AUTHORITY.
Thanks. |

Lots of Christians claim to be REAL Christians, unlike those other so-called Christians who interpret the Bible too literally or not literally enough, or who baptize with sprinkling versus immersion (OR VICE VERSA), etc. etc.
How can one know who the TRUE Christians are? |

This is a criticism and history forum, not a pulpit. Faith and authority are not the same thing; in fact, they are often polar opposites. Christian answers to questions and criticisms regarding Christianity are no more authoritative than non-Christian responses. In fact, in my experience those responses are less authoritative because they are often tainted by unevidenced and unscientific belief, i.e., faith. So I generally look to non-Christian scholars for answers, simply because they are the most likely to offer logical and well-founded explanations. Didymus |

So what "Christian" forums would you consider as places populated with Christians who are well informed and who speak out of knowledge, not comittments to given theological appriorii? JG |

Information that is available can be approached by any person. Having a certain belief does not grant one special knowledge of facts that is otherwise inaccessible.
