In fact when you understand that God is testing people, not only in themselves but in ther ability to live in society and fulfil the ideal of a Heaven on Earth, then all people must learn to work together ... intelligently ... and learn how to co-operate.

This has to be done according to conscience and with Freewill and NOT according to dogma.

Mankind ... has ... to have the Goodwill to ... want ... to live in Peace.

Without the Goodwill, and Friendship, this would be imposssible anyway, it is only Goodwill and Friendship that will make it possible.

As this is a global position then it HAS TO BE a global initiative in order to accomplish this.

Napoleon had the best chance at one time, in Europe anyway, when all the court diplomats spoke French, and many of His ideas are still very valid today, especially that of l'État Civil, and, at one time this was spreading into Russia.

However many higher planners, strangely from capitalist countries, now consider that, had the entire planet started with a communist-style economy, simply because it was more based in agriculture, and then built it up from there and shared technology with everyone else, which would then have been the NATURAL thing to do for the benefit of ALL of the people, that we would have arrived at amore stable situation long ago.

These two countries have always had a better idea of what should have been done, since both became RE-publics (Republics) and it could have been better still if the poor had not had so many children that both France and Russia were overcome by revolutions ... silmply ... because of a lack of modern health-care and family planning.

Now that population fluctuation is largely a thing of the past more care is required to limit population growth than ever before as, happily, people are living longer, more productive, lives.

Now it is necessary to have childless couples, and only to have children if there is plenty of room, and plenty of future for them.

The entire population cannot all live in America, so, on top of population control, wage controls and price controls are essential too.

Africa is so empty that if all of the dangerous wild animals were removed there would be a much more peaceful atmosphere there too. And then there is empty Australia.

You have to remember that God gave His Commandments after the Egyptian period, yet, when His Son came here they were STILL killing people and engaging in human sacrifice.

Christ did say that they didn't know what they were doing 2004 years ago. (Remembering year Zero)

But then not all people are Christians in that part of the world, even today.

Maybe that is why they are STILL killing.

ALL of this killing HAS to stop and people learn to live in peace.
