To be fair to Toto, you did say, or implied heavily, that if you are not aware of something happening then it is all speculation and "maybe it never happened at all, and you're mistaken about the whole thing".

As for the latter part of your post, that's pretty obvious, and I don't see anyone making any claims to the contrary. And as I have said, there are degrees of speculation: those that line up with the physical evidence and are reasonable, and those that are not. Not all speculation is equal hog-wash.

As for the factual mistake, that's my factual mistake, and that's a fact.
