The Magi represent faith hope and charity to be exchanged for power wealth and beauty and they presented the wherewithal to make Easter come about. The star they followed becomes the celestial light of the seventh day on which evening did not follow and thus the gifts they brought made this possible. Their arrival is imortant and is the reason why Christmas is not celebrated until Epiphany in some Catholic rites. I am not sure if the Annunciation or the Filioque justifies this, or both, but it is without question that the Annunciation justifies Christmas on the 25. |

The numbers 2 and 5 are opposite in design to show the involution if faith in our faculty of reason that is represented in the shape of the number 2. This is evident if looked at in relation to the rest of the numbers and in the sequence that they are placed from 1 to 10. Yes, they have a story to tell and the number 25 is just part of that story. So is 7 with the arrival of the Magi on the 6th day after the new year has begun in the mind of the believer to announce the everlasting 7th day . . . wherefore the arrival of the Magi is a sure sign that Easter will follow. By whom doesn't matter since it was a divine effort. In real time the 25 can be any day of the year including the 1st of July since the light of common day is an illusion at the best of time or the 5 would no longer look like an inverted 2. It is just a self contained argument that will flush any objection before it is heard. |
