23Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, "Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us."

24He answered, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel."

25The woman came and knelt before him. "Lord, help me!" she said.

26He replied, "It is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to their dogs."

27"Yes, Lord," she said, "but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters' table."

28Then Jesus answered, "Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted." And her daughter was healed from that very hour.
Yes, Jesus healed.
READ IT AGAIN.

Let us not forget that the lost sheep of Israel means the United States and Great Britain. Is this correct S-M?

Exactly. So he got his revelations from Jesus personally.

There is no other logical explanation for the rise of Christianity other than the "Paul made up a lie and never met Jesus, but told people he did, and then believed it all his life, and died for it."

But, that takes even more faith to believe that than just reading it as truth.

i admire the great faith of the atheist sometimes.
Paul received his gospel through 'visions'. I am sure that he believed what he was preaching. That does not necessarily make him right; he just believed he was right.

I believe Mark created a backstory for the hero of the new Christ cult, that was then copied and changed somewhat by the later gospel writers.

I see no good reason to accept Paul's ecstatic visions as revelation from God.

He said it's not right to give bread that children eat to the dogs. I fail to see how he was calling people dogs.

It's more important for humans to eat than dogs.

I'm sure you aren't so dense. It's a metaphor. The Canaanite woman is the dog and the Jews are the children.

A metaphor? I thought you atheists said "just read the bible and don't interpret"

What you did is interpret it as a metaphor. I read it for what it was.

Ahhh okay. Jesus was confused and actually thought that the woman was a dog...and his particular method of healing involved tossing bread at the afflicted.

JESUS FUCKING CHRIST!

Paul didn't read about Jesus in the bible, he saw him on the road to Damascus.
Paul also baptized a talking lion in the wilderness;
the same lion he was later thrown to in the arena.
Leucius Charinus, the purported author of the Acts
of Paul saw Paul in the books of Aesop fables.

People are often more kind to their dogs, and animals then they are to another's child. Humans are karmatized, animals grandized.
