Default I had no idea celery was so good for you

Do you like vegatables? Yum! I was introduced to a website (http://www.nutritiondata.com) that shows nutrition information for vegatables and I learned alot about celery. Obviously, you can't live off the stuff, but it is an awesome source for Vitamin K. Also a good source of other stuff too! Do you know any other websites that show vegatable nutrition information?

*Hee Hee*

This is serious, but I felt like cloning the whole Courtv and Smoking Gun theme. I wasn't aware that celery was so rich in Vitamin K. I'll probably have more on my diet now, for sure!

Celery stats

OMG! WTF? JIMMY HIGGINS, you are such a celery whore!

Have you ever noticed that a lot of men's toiletries smell like celery, but almost never stuff made for women? I am pretty oppressed by that.

Oppressed? ROFL :rolling:

I guess that's one way of looking at it.

You get all the cucumber stuff though. And berries.

I'm just surprised at where this thread has gone. I had only looked up the info because last night, I put some in my pasta fagoli that I made and I was curious.

Honestly, this thread has scared me.

*Jimmy Higgins goes off to heat up pasta fagoli and make some "ants on a log."

yum

In fact, I have heard that it takes more energy for human organism to digest celery than can be obtained from it.
