Ok, but as far as I know, the Old Testament always attributes healings to God.
But, do not "signs and wonders" imply healing?

Examine Mr 13:22 -
Quote:
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
This passage seems to imply that there would come a time when FALSE CHRIST would perform like or appear to out-perform Jesus.

Theoretically, it is in the best interest of an EVIL God to "HEAL" his agents so that they can perform their EVIL tasks.

In Jubilees a pre-Christian Jewish text the demon Mastema aids Pharaoh's magicians.
Quote:
And the prince of the Mastêmâ stood up against thee, and sought to cast thee into the hands of Pharaoh, and he helped the Egyptian sorcerers, and they stood up and wrought before thee. The evils indeed we permitted them to work, but the remedies we did not allow to be wrought by their hands.

Message to andrewcriddle: I am now convinced that my arguments are not valid. However, my main reason for starting this thread was to try to reasonably prove that the Bible contains errors other than obvious copyist and scribal errors. Do you believe that the Bible contains errors other than obvious copyist and scribal errors?

Do you believe that an entire group of women at the tomb forgot that Jesus said that he would rise from the dead, and that they left for the tomb without considering that no one would be around to remove a large stone from the entrance to the tomb at an early hour of the morning?

Every day, millions of Christians do things that are immoral. What is your opinion of that? Christians frequently quotemine. What is your opinion of that? Jerry Falwell was a liar. What is your opinion of that?

Possibly, and some non-Jews would probably have argued that neither Moses nor Jesus performed genuine miracles, which would have been a reasonable argument.
