Default Talking to people in the Bible

Is Jesus of Nazareth the only person in the entire Bible addressed like that in a conversation?

Does anybody address Joseph of Arimathea as 'Joseph of Arimathea'?

Is David ever addressed as 'David of Bethlehem'?

How strangely people speak to Jesus....

Could you provide the specific passage to which you are referring?

Or was this supposed to be part of an existing thread?

I don't remember where he was so addressed.

Of course, my failure to remember something does not mean it didn't happen ....
