I know! Just like you can substitute Monterrey Jack cheese for Swiss cheese in your enchiladas, you can also substitute barley flour for rice flour in your forced sterilizations of adulteresses. Just make sure your congregants don't get the wrong idea and use wheat flour. That will just spoil the whole thing, and they won't get the sterilizations they need.

This is a GRAIN offering. Leviticus 7 lays down the law on Guilt Offerings so yes rice or wheat is ok provided it's not leavened or mixed with oil and i would also add not mixed with honey.

Also nothing is forced of the wife, just read Numbers 30:3-16 and know that her soul is bound when she makes the vow. You can joke and mock the ritual all you want but that doesn't make it false. I have witnessed and performed the ritual first hand and it works - you can't take that away from Godly people.
