Anyone else have Endnotes?
Or some other bibliography database software (Citation, Reference Manager and the like)?
I'm thinking it might be worthwhile to see if we can't organize a database. Something along the lines of the ATLA Database It would involve a lot of clerical work, but I think providing such information would be valuable to justify the effort. Anyone else interested? ETA I suppose Endnote isn't a necessity--I could post a template of the XML, and it could be done from that, but it would make it easier. What I have in mind is a database compiling all the journal articles with abstracts we can find (many, if not most, journals with an online presence provide abstracts for them), as well as direct cataloguing of .pdfs stored on the hard drive. Should we have sufficient interest, it's a simple matter to zip the .pdfs in a self-extracting file, so that later users can simply download them where they need them. Regards, Rick Sumner |

I actually started a wiki-like bibliography for general antiquity a while back, but shut it down for some other projects I'm working on. I am, however, bringing it back soon, and it will be the main content of my site (besides the forum and weblog).
