It always amazes me that Rabbis can say this shit (no pun intended) whereas I would get killed.

The Talmud is a massive work one can find all kinds of weird stuff in it if one looks hard enough.
FWIW: in the passage "her mouth is full of blood" "mouth" is probably a euphemism. Whether that makes the passage less offensive or even more offensive I'm not sure.
