Default Earliest non-Jewish references to Hebrew Scripture?

This question came up on another message board and I'm embarrassed that I don't know the answer.

What are the earliest non-Jewish references to Jewish sacred writings? I don't think they're mentioned by Herodotus or Thucydides. Does anyone know the first known non-Jew to make any mention of Hebrew scripture?
