New Age Jesus Christ?
I notice that some New Agers picture Jesus Christ as some sort of New Age guru. I'm not sure how well this fits the Bible, but it cannot be much more absurd than many other New Age beliefs.
Also, there are some New Agers that claim that the Bible supports reincarnation. Which is patently absurd. |

There may be some references to past lives in the Gosple of Thomas, I've read that some first cent. Christians believed this but can't find a reference, supposedly removed at the Council of Trent.

I was taught that reincarnation was against Christianity becuase it would prevent the 'bodily resurrection' (which is also why they can't be cremated).
When did the body ressurected thing come about? |
