No, no, no, you have quoted all of this out of context! You must first become a;
a. Biblical Scholar
b. Orthodox Rabbi
c. Fundimentalist Minister
d. Roman Catholic Priest

Then and only then will you be able to put these verses in their proper perspective and find that God IS still love, no matter what certain pieces (quoted out of context damn you!) SEEM to imply.

God is love and Lord God is life. This being the case you can't have one without the other. So, therefore, if you have life you are Lord God and have love or you could not be Lord God (that should actually be Love with a capital L because the opposite of Love is love/hate).
