I am fully aware that Christians can get very harsh toward atheists sometimes, and that the following quotes are not representative of all atheists, but I thought they were just too good to give a miss. They are mainly from the Deja Discussion boards:

I don't see how the vilification that "perspicuity" had quoted is much worse than some of the vilification in the Bible.

Other religions are repeatedly attacked as "idolatry", and that "Prince of Peace", Jesus Christ himself, is depicted as vilifying scribes and Pharisees in extreme terms.
