I've managed to become an Advanced Member on ICR's board by just staying low-key and posting a single outrageous piece of "apologetics." Always questioning, but real politely.

I registered under the name OrderedChaos a couple days ago, but I am still waiting to be "approved" by the administrator. How long does it usually take?

There was no approval process when I first signed on. Maybe, in some small way, I am partially responsible for this new twist. I never heard of it until you folks mentioned it. Could they check your e-mail address and see if you are a regular here?

Yes 711 is a very heavily censored board. I wrote "there is either gravity or the earth sucks" and it came back "the earth ****" The word butt was bleeped. I wrote an opinion about Lilith - Adam's first wife and the entire post was deleted. They delete and never admit they deleted anything. The sorry bastards. They are so afraid of anew idea they cringe everytime I sign on. I love the power. fundies quake at my name (SCRATCH) HAHAHAHA

I registered under Lambengolme, but I don't know about approval. Went to their teen chat room and found someone who likes anime! She listed Magic Knights Rayearth, Slayers, Sailor Moon, DBZ, Cardcaptor Sakura, and Mononoke Hime as her favorites. Think there's hope for her?

Edited to add: She's also only 13. And she's looking for an anime club. Give her time, she may find her way here.

I am not at all surprised at this. I have found that the young people on 711 are much smarter and open than the older fundies. Hopefully the young will escape before they are totally brainwashed.
