Actually--and I don't even pretend to understand the doublethink here--it is accepted by the Catholic Church that St. Brighid is a revision of the pagan goddess into a Catholic saint, yet nonetheless she remains a saint.

Oh yeah, and 7 headed, fire breathing reptiles are pyrohydras, not dragons. Everyone knows real dragons only have one head, and that hydras are the ones with multiple.

"But no need to roll for a miracle, Part Water is only a 6th level spell!! "

Sorry, I wasn't too clear

Big Mo was casting a 'summon deity' for assistance to fend off the Egyptians.

Go figure, even with his +20, there was no response (something to do with iron chariots).

Haha, I wonder why christians believe in Dragon, behemoth and angels but not medusa, hydra, etc? Perhaps, their 'logic' only revolve around the bible?

Brighid, there's a funny scene in the wonderful children's film, "The Secret of Roan Innish", where the grandmother of the child, Fiona, scoffs at local superstitious folklore of humans changing into seals (selkies), while pausing to bless St. Brighid.
