Well, that certainly convinced me.

Do these people have nothing better to do with their time?

If not believing that Jesus is God, or even believing in God, is the definition of being evil, then indeed, we atheists are evil by this fundamentalist standard.

Painting with broad strokes is much easier, but probably no one will call it high art.

How quotable. Thanks.

theIPU,

What can I say? Ugh. I think I'll go heave now. Right after I move this ~~Elsewhere~~ (IMO, a link to an idiotic fundy site doesn't constitute an EoG argument. Sorry).

d

(PS. If it develops into a genuine discussion of the site's scientific merits, the mods there will move it accordingly.)

Atheism is a lack of belief mentality that rejects the existence of anything supernatural. By default, atheists are also
naturalists and evolutionists.
I didn't even know this.
And, BTW... how can we be "sataners" (whatever the hell that is), when satan is described as a supernatural being and we atheists by default (?) don't believe in the supernatural?

Come now, my friend. You don't really expect consistancy from these folks, do you? That would be inconsistant!

The skeptic asks, "If God created the universe, then who created God?" God is the uncreated creator of the universe, so the question, "Who created God?" is illogical. A better question would be, "If the universe needs a cause, then why doesn't God need a cause? And if God doesn't need a cause, why should the universe need a cause?" Everything which has a beginning has a cause. The universe has a beginning; therefore, the universe has a cause. It is important to stress the words which has a beginning. The universe requires a cause because it had a beginning. God, unlike the universe, had no beginning, so he does not need a cause.
Does it not occur to this guy that God could not have been beginningless and timeless if he didn't exist in the first place? In order for God not to have a beginning, there has to be a God. I get tired of religious folk thinking in circles all the time. But that's what dogma does to you.
I should mention that I am only an ex-atheist (check my profile for more on this), but come on! Dumb #%@*ing cosmological arguments are not the way to go.
