Yes, you heard it here first!

Is it any wonder that people think believers in God are stupid?

Didn't Adam and Eve clothe themselves in leaves? How many trees would you need to cover a 90 foot person in leaves?

Wink

A loin cloth made out of leaves then, I should have said a loin "covering", cloth being the wrong word there (think I corrected that slight over sight quite well myself)...

Anyway quite a few trees I'd imagine

how convenient it is that the diminishing size of the human race was caused by, and is their explanation for, the inevitable inbreeding in genesis. I didn't know that all recessive genes were for shortness, but then again, i'm no Mohammad (peace be upon his leaping logic unit)

Perhaps the garden of eden was a supersized place?

"It would seem that the traditional view of groups, not individuals, evolving has been corroborated; the only way man could descend from a single pair (rather than from an entire group of transitional hominids) is if the original pair were literally giants in the pre-nutrition age."

Let's examine this concept. Adam was 15 times as tall as human beings are today. Presumably Eve was of a similar size, or else Adam's erection wouldn't fit in her vagina, and the story of humanity would be cut short.

Now, let's turn to the apple-eating scene. If Eve was around 15 times normal size, how did she take only a small bite out of the apple? Wouldn't that be like taking a small bite out of a grape?

Either that or maybe a raisin.

It can be done, but what is the purpose of only eating a small bite of something the size of a grape or raisin? If I was to give somebody a grape I would give them the whole thing and find another. I wouldn't eat part of it and give them what's left. Are people really this dumb?

Do they even pause to think before they believe?

Since a doubling of size results in a quadrupling of mass, the human body as is could not just be magically enlarged and still function!

Ugh, there are millions of problems with this idea. <img src="graemlins/banghead.gif" border="0" alt="[Bang Head]" />

Presumably the 90-foot man would have a completely different body structure and physiology from a modern human. Otherwise he wouldn't survive.
