Default When children are molested by priests – they are considered “under god”? Literary?

Mandatory religion is rape!

Can we sue governments for not separating state and church? Can we sue governments for psychological, emotional and, often, physical rape of children? Can we sue church for threatening kids and misleading people for financial gain?

Can we?

People in the US can and do sue churches and governments under the First Amendment for violations of church state separation, and for the physical rape of children (or adults). But you need a specific case with a plaintiff who has suffered some harm.

However, no one in the US can sue for "misleading" people about an item of their theology.

I don't know about other countries, or the International Court of Human Rights.

Freedom of speech includes the freedom to tell stories and lies.
