Since I'm somewhat new to this forum, I thought I'd ask about this "interpretation" of John 1.1., that I also chose as my signature.

Personally I think this translation of the original greek "logos" is more appropriate than the one used by most (actually all) of the English (and not only) versions.
King James' Bible's "Word" is taken, I think, from the latin version of John, using the incorrect translation "verba" of "logos".

Any comments?

Perhaps you can elaborate. "Word" is a perfectly correct and acceptable translation of the Greek word LOGOS.
