Question Why not nude?

Ok this is something I have always wondered. Maybe some of you can help me get things clear.

God wanted us to be naked and didn't wanted us to use any clothes or anything, Then after Satan made Adam and Eve eat the fruit they realized they were naked and hidded themselves from God.

Now on to my question. Why Christians are so upset about nudity? Isn't that what God really wanted? Why do they stick to Satan's will and use clothes? Sure God gave them the clothes but it was all in Satan's plan. Why stick with it?

It is kind of confusing because God even tells that it is not good to see people nude. But wanted everyone to be nude in the first place.

Good Day

Here's two links for you:
<a href="http://www.religioustolerance.org/nu_bibl.htm" target="_blank">ReligiousTolerance.org - Nudity in the Bible</a>
<a href="http://www.religioustolerance.org/nudism6.htm" target="_blank">ReligiousTolerance.org - Religious aspects of nudism</a>

Sorry but I can't be bothered reading it, but I think it has some of the answers you are looking for.

The answer is probably that nudity was fine in the beginning but then people started being lustful and lust is bad. And I think in the new heaven and earth the people would probably wear clothes. (At least I was under that impression)

That's what I've never understood.

If heaven is supposed to be sin-free, then why can't be be naked? Lust is a sin - lust is the reason Fundies don't like nudity, so if there is no sin (and therefore no lust) in heaven, why can't we be buck-ass naked?

Don't forget that Jesus's burial clothes were left in the grave, so that he appeared naked to Mary (assuming he did not sin and steal some clothes)

I'm no apologist for the resurrection, but that is just a weird comment. You don't know that he appeared naked. He was mostly likely wearing heavenly gowns.

I've wondered about this myself, especially after I read "Left Behind," that dreadful Tim LaHaye/Jerry Jenkins book that is so popular these days.

Okay, so all the True Christians and all little kids under the age of, like, 12 or so are raptured. They vanish, presumably to meet Jesus in the air. But the thing is, they leave their clothes behind. So as I'm reading this I'm wondering, are they all up there in the air naked? Or has Jesus thoughtfully provided them with some sort of heavenly raiments? Or are their transfigured bodies devoid of sexual organs entirely?

Let's not get too deeply into this, because before long we'll start asking if the raptured elect carried with them the undigested matter in their guts, or it should properly have been shown as a steaming pile inside their empty clothes.

Well, technically, didn't he visit Mary prior to ascending to heaven "from the dead". So do you think maybe God Fed-Ex'd a little "Thinking of you..." present to Jesus while he took his tour of Hades (you know, just some small stuff, like the gown, maybe some toiletries, and possibly a book for some light reading during the ascension). That, or it's possible Satan had a spare sweatshirt for Jesus to borrow for the trip back. Kind of hard to say though - what does everyone think?
