Post Summary of state legislation relating to C-S separation

Americans United for Separation of Church and State has a handy-dandy web page on legislation that touches on C-S separation - Ten Commandments displays, school prayer, charitable choice, IGWT, tuition tax credits, anti-evolution, etc.

Nice to see how many bad bills are labeled FAILED.

Thanks for that! I've been wondering lately how I can find out what needs to be fought around home. Nice to see my state doesn't have any crappy bills out there.

They don't list anything for Massachusetts either. But there is a drive to change the mass constitution to define marriage as between a man and a woman. The key sponsor no longer backs it though.
