Default Yet more sexual abuse cases against Catholic Church in USA

from a Sydney Morning herald report.
Quote:
A US lawyer today filed 70 new lawsuits accusing 41 Roman Catholic priests of sexually abusing children in the Boston archdiocese as far back as the 1940s.

In the latest legal salvo against the church, lawyer Mitchell Garabedian has named the archdiocese as a defendant in 52 of the claims he filed in Suffolk Superior Court.
