Default Only Christians could get away with this.

See the full article HERE

If it were a Muslim gym they would be on the terror watch list. If it were whites only or asians only or blacks only the press would have a field day.

excerpts: emphasis is mine:

Quote:
Ann Kuschel works out four days a week at the Lord's Gym, pumping iron, pounding a treadmill and performing aerobics to the beat of Christian rock music. The way she sees it, even when she's sweating, she's serving the Lord.
Quote:
For devout Christians like Kuschel at the Lord's Gym, the world can seem an ungodly place. Public schools forbid prayerA popular christian lie . Popular culture is rife with sex and violence. Even Disney may be viewed with disapproval for racy movies and practices perceived as gay-friendlyAnd we know Jesus would not want you to be friendly .
Quote:
Increasingly, many of them are choosing to pursue a path apart from the American mainstream. From education, to music and entertainment, even to the theme park they'll visit in Orlando, religious conservatives are flocking to Christian-themed options such as the Lord's Gym here in South Florida.
Really? when are they leaving the country?

I am left feeling naseous after reading this article. I am beginning to think these folks really are mentally ill .

From the article ~

Bare midriffs and thong leotards are forbidden, as are cussing and gum-chewing. Members appreciate the family-friendly atmosphere.
Not gum-chewing!? That's just going too far...

''There's no meat-market stuff,'' says Bernice Demanche, 40, working out with her husband and two teenagers. She doesn't worry about men ogling daughter Brittany, 16. ''It's nice.''
I'm probably not reading that right.

Meh, I wouldn't fuss about it. It keeps the Christians in certain places you'll know to avoid.

BEANSRBAD
That's exactly what the oglers want her to think. How many parents of molested teenage boys and girls thought the same thing as Bernice?

"She doesn't worry about men ogling daughter Brittany, 16. 'It's nice.'"

She, at least, is deluded.

Also, these people don't read the Bible very closely -- it's full of violence and it even has some sex in it. And some of their favorite literature, descriptions of the "End Times", is absolutely full of that horrid V thing.
