Default Just when you think the Fundies could get no funnier.....

.....you find something like this. You won't believe it - well, maybe you will. But it needs no further description.......

How will they send the letters if they've been raptured themselves?

I would guess that someone stops a process from happening each Friday. The assumption is, that when this person is raptured then the process will start to happen every Friday. Of course there are some problems with this. What if this person isn't one of the raptured or what if this person forgets or is somehow unable to stop the process, then the letter goes out prematurely.

Interesting. Their email program probably works by means of a dead man's switch. After a certain time has elapsed, and no one's around to maintain the timer, the program then spams everyone on the list.

Hopefully, the maintainers will remember to constantly reset the timer. Otherwise, it will be quite an embarrassment and they'll have to write to everyone, "Ooops, sorry, don't worry. The rapture didn't happen after all."

Ya know. Why do atheists constantly feel the need to belittle and insult Christians and what we believe? I think atheism is an irrational, stupid stance yet i don't constantly criticize you or laugh at posts made by atheists. You don't believe in what we believe, fine - but don't go belittleing us - it just makes you look like an arrogant child.

I wonder what Magus will be thinking on his deathbed when he realizes the Rapture never happened. And never will.
