This time the creationists have put in a rider onto SB 346 which is a bill to end "meritless lawsuits" against education officials. The creationist trash is a house amendment to the bill authored by Rep. Opio Toure (D-OKC). Basically the best chance to kill this is for the senate to vote not to accept house amendments. Time is critical: vote might be by the end of the week. Time to put that trash in the can is running out. Earlier this year a bill to introduce that disclaimer died in committee.
