Is it just me, or is anyone tired of hearing "god bless america". you know it, the songs, the shirts, the stickers, speeches, it's everywhere! I think it just makes me tired of america. too much propaganda these days. anyone agree? the slow brainwashing is crushing my will to live.

I only mind it if it's in a government building or something. I don't really care what people put on their bumper stickers.

Here in Virginia all schools are mandated, as of last year, to put God Bless America on display. :banghead: :banghead:

I love baseball and I really resent having to hear it at baseball games.

Last year, the Reds had put "GBA" in big letters on top of the visitor's dugout.

At least they did not transfer the idea to their new ball park.

I'm with you, DH. All this GBA stuff is indeed annoying as hell, but ultimately it's just another reason for wishing that Kate Smith had never been born. When I hear the song at some public gathering, I use it as an opportunity to make jack-off motions with my right hand.

As for the rest, I live in a place where a BIBLE VERSE is the goddamned state motto. That honks me off to no end.

wow, great to find out i'm not the only one pissed off about this. Too bad the republican nationalist idiots are blind to it. we need to hit them with something. lol. to top the bible verse as state motto, we have a Bush as a governor. I hate florida.

Print this out on a sticker page and slap it on the display. The Constitution trumps vandalism laws.
