Post For Unworthone: Creationism and its Quotes

Here is a reason why proper citations, especially when one deals with creationists, is always important.

Here is my favorite example of dishonest and inaccurate creationist quoting.

My objective is not to forward by position but for you to defend yours. So bunk my quotes as it makes no difference in my learning. You on the other hand are the one I need to understand. So my quotes are merely used as leverage for you to prove or disprove your position.

So it does not matter if the quotes the creationist offer are inaccurate and out-of-context. I suppose you would cry bloody murder if it was demonstrated that we lied to you.

You have set up a complete double standard. I am sorry, but what is good for the goose is good for the gander. If you want to use a quote, I want to know where you got it from. That is a reasonable request.

And if your quotes are inaccurate they are not leverage for anything.
