I would say that #1 is correct but it is not that they believe that the Bible is the inerrant word fo God in all parts but that they take a very literal view of it also. Evangelicals believe that the Bible is inerrant and correct in all parts but most are not fundamentalists. I think this would incorporate #2 because they definitely believe in a YEC because of this literal inhterpretation. Another thing would be that women should be silent in church or have to wear head coverings in church. Stuff like that. Mainline Evangelicals do not hold to these kinds of beliefs.

#3 is really good. Basically they view everything as black and white. There is no gray. If one is not YEC he is going to hell. Also they see sins in many places. Women wearing makeup is a sin. Basically a "Oppostionalist" position. Everyone against them. Everyone else is radically wrong but them.

And don't try to "analyse" me too much psychologically. That is hardly an exact science and is beneath you.

Not sure what the purpose of the whole accountant bit is, but ok.

You realize my psychoanalysis was in jest, and invented on the spot, right? To show you what it would be like if I really was "reading into your posts" as you had claimed. Anyway I think I'll make a new thread for my post so we don't derail this thread, again. Please respond.
