Me, in a loose sense.

Elaboration:

My parents are bascially, hmm, hippies. They are Wiccan, yes, and raised me as such. When I hit the age of about 7, I starting thinking for myself and the whole "Goddess/God" thing didn't appeal to me in a certain way that I'd worship them.

Now, I didn't abandon the religion, I still do many of the rituals (including the ritualistic sex with my girlfriend every now and then, but that's a different story, eh? _), and I do meditate, burn incence, got my eyes on a VW bus (that I wanna paint black with a big red pentagram on the side, take THAT, fundies), and wear the standard pentagram. Other than that, I see it more as a lifestyle than a religion, and I just seperated myself from the deities to follow it my own way.

Hi Kitty!

Jess, who moderates Non-Abrahamic Religions and Philosophy describes herself as an "agnostic global reconstuctionalist neo pagan", though she doesn't seem to have posted for a while. We have a few others dotted around as well. You might want to ask this in the Non-Abrahamic religions forum as well for the best chance of finding them.

Merry Meet. I was an agnostic pagan when I first showed up here and now I consider myself to be an a pagan atheist (meaning I still love the ritual and all that cool stuff but I'm still an atheist...and people can pick apart my choice definition for myself however they please. )

Hope you enjoy your time here and welcome to Infidels.

I have been solitary in my study of Witchcraft and Wiccan for many years, I have read many books on the subject and have found my self pulled in this direction. I am still learning and growing. And I have just recently ventured out and started going to a few groups to see what is "Out There". As i venture out, I will keep you posted as to what I find and How I feel about it.

To me, Being a Witch is all about learning to take whats around you in your environment, on all levels, and manipulating it to make your life more fullfilling and useful as to be in harmony with nature and all things. As well as i believe that the manipulation of others against thier own free will is wrong, and the responsibility of my own actions lie within me.

As to the Gods and Goddess i have not decided on this subject. I think i spend more time seeking new information, and making and following my own path as i see fit. Its a very convenient path to follow as long as i can make it up as i go along. LOL

Thanks for the responds.

I'm a Pagan Witch. I have a semi-Discordian take on the world.
