What kind of sick sadistic jackass would try to use France's bigotry as a means of converting Jewish people? Again, I am ashamed to belong to the same species as these people.

What's also scary is that years ago, people came here to escape religious persecution, and now we've got Dubya in office trying hard to tear down the wall of separation and make this an Xian state.

That reminds me of the comments I've heard from some religious leaders that the secret to ending our problems in the mideast is to convert the Muslims to Christianity!

This of course overlooks the opposite, that an equally valid option would be to convert the Christians to Islam!

Yeah, so true. I think we should get all these fundies who want to tear down our country and send them back to England. They shouldn't have come here in the first place.
