Default "The Lord is our righteousness"--what it really means

This passage in Jeremiriah 23 is said to be a messanic prophecy. However it's meaning becomes plain when it is read in it's original Hebrew, and therefore it cannot apply to Jesus.
The name "The Lord of Our Righteousness"--Tsadeq' Yah--is romanized as Zedekiah, one of the kings who Jeremiah prophecised under.
