Default Burn the Water

Why can't water burst into flame?

It's molecular composition is complete to explode like the 4th of July. It has two molecules of hydro (very explosive substance), and a molecule of oxy (stuff of life (of fire)).

Blash me like hell, if this sounds stupid, but do answer first.
