Default Coast To Coast AM

Does anyone listen to George Noory on Coast To Coast AM,I used to be Art Bells Show, but he retired.

I think that Art bells show now coast to coast am was and still is interesting.

Some of his guests might sound like what I consider wackos, but I always look for the possibility.

He covers religion, aliens and a lot of wild far fetched stuff.I find his show interesting and sometimes entertaining.

After a quick look at the web site here, it looks interesting but the hours (M-F: 10p-4a, Sat: 12a-6a, Sun: 12a-4a) don't line up well with my schedule at all.

Mark, it may be that some of the stuff discussed on that show has relevance to EoG, but unless you say what that is in your OP, this should be put in the Media forum.

I spend alot of time travelling in my car and often catch this show late at night. The thing that has always driven me crazy about this show regardless of the host is that nothing is dismissed. Even when one point directly contradicts another it is given the same credence.

They often weave new age shamanism into Xianity and Buddhism and sometimes throw in a little evangelicalism to boot. Saddly there are millions out there that believe the rantings and ridiculous assertions of the host, guest and callers. It makes me ashamed to be human sometimes.

I have heard his show a couple of times and found it strange. Sometimes it is entertaining when he is encouraging his callers to tell bizar stuff. sometimes I would listen just to see just what wacko shit they would talk about next.

Yeah, that's just what The Shadow People want you to think. I've done some long trips overnight which means he's one when I'm listening. One time Art Bell apparently was having some medical issues, I think back issues, and they had a sub in for him. A caller calls in to "check" on Art Bell to make sure it was really just "back problems", thinking the gubermint or aliens kidnapped him. And we wonder why people think the world is merely 6000 years old.

I used to listen to Art Bell just for the laughs...It also prompted me to research sleep paralysis (shadow people/astral travel/alien abductions), rods, and a few other topics...

I would not be a skeptic today if it weren't for Art Bell, well I would, but I wouldn't know where to start and I wouldn't be as effective a skeptic

I enjoy "Coast to Coast". Unfortunately, it is not broadcast in the NYC area, so I have to deal with far away stations fading in and out.

Anyway, for those who miss Art, he will be hosting tonite and tomorrow (Thurs. and Fri.).
