That's realy Periannan Senapathy's "Genome Technologies" site.

And on that site, there is an illustration of his theory -- a frog, a crab, a snake, a butterfly, and a turtle crawling out of a pond with double helix strands stretching behind them.

Illustrating Dr. Senapathy's belief in the spontaneous generation of full-scale organisms.

I think this guy took the phrase "gene pool" just a tad bit too literally.
