One of the profs in my department is working on the Eukaryotic genetic core. I'm supposed to go to a class tonight and hear about it, but I have to go to Atlanta and see my in-laws.

Excellent! This is one of the big areas in evolution that we know comparatively little about. It's very nice to see some progress being made here.

Thanks for the link. I hope everyone realizes that as a SOCIAL scientist I am not supposed to read REAL science, as it might give me a very bad brain ache.
