Talking Invention of the perfection concept!

Some double-talk, just for fun.

Let's say that an imperfect god-being is alone in the universe as it has not yet created anything. It is all there is and is all encompassing. Regardless of what flaws it may possess, it would have nothing to judge itself against and would therefore have no criteria to understand even the concept of flaw. It would deem itself, if the thought ever occured to it, as a perfect thing.

If it was powerful enough to create, and the thought ever occured to it that it could do so, it would make an imperfect world, yet also deem it perfect as it still has no concept of flaw.

It might end up making thinking, introspective beings to reflect itself (what else would it reflect?) and those beings, given nearly limitless potential for imagination and reasoning, like their creator, but not the ability to perceive all of creation, would then try to reason out their existence and their surroundings. They would find flaws, and would then extrapolate that there may be a concept of flawlessness. They conceive of perfection, yet it is not the concept held by their creator.

Their creator created everything that ever was, so it must have created perfection; otherwise these poor beings would have no concept of it, or so they believe.

Amen.

This is, of course, complete nonsense, but I'm really bored and thought I would make something up.

Alternately, thees beings might conceive a flawed idea of perfection, based on their imperfect creator.
