Not true. Heaven is being God while hell is worshiping a God but you are not it.

It seems to be a major theme in the Bible. Sin entails punishment and this punishment is depicted as being cast into outer darkness as opposed to the light of God. The atonement for sin requires that someone incur this punishment, which is what Christ is said to have done. How this happened given that Christ is God seems to be a mystery.
No, sin is an inspired human concept that leads the outer man away from the inner man thru the conviction of the outer man by the inner man who's moral norm is based on the moral code of the tribe.

The atonement for sin is the actual rapture of the sinful ego consciousness after the abandonment of our sin nature which is the cause of darkness in our life. This would be how the law has its own purpose as a means to the end that is fulfilled by this end and is exposed to be an illusion after wards.

A mythicist does not agree with the parallel synoptic point of view wherein the historical Jesus is presented. He would/should look at them as different perspectives that are given to reveal the mystery of faith that testifies of behalf of salvation which must be prior to us by nature if the Gospels are testimony to this life changing event . . . which therefore is not conventional or it could not be life changing if it takes us from temporal life to eternal life.

In this context do the first two Gospels address the temporal existence of man that must be forsaken before it can be replaced by the eternal identity that is set free when "it is finished."
