Default Who is righteous in Neh 9:8?

Question: Does this verse say that Nehemiah is calling God righteous, or does it say that God is saying that Nehemiah is righteous?

Neh 9:8
KJV:
And foundest his heart faithful before thee, and madest a covenant with him to give the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Jebusites, and the Girgashites, to give [it, I say], to his seed, and hast performed thy words; for thou [art] righteous:

Not God but Lord God is the righteous one here.

Nehemiah is calling God righteous, for God has kept his promises to Israel.

God is not actually a speaking character in Ezra-Nehemiah, is he? Not like in the Pentateuch.

I need to edit my original question (and there is no edit option on my opening post)

Question: Do these verses say that God was righteous for choosing Abram abd giving him and his seed the lands of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Jebusites, and the Girgashites as a reward for Abram faithfully obeying God?

Neh 9:7-8
KJV:
Thou [art] the LORD the God, who didst choose Abram, and broughtest him forth out of Ur of the Chaldees, and gavest him the name of Abraham

According to this commentary at http://www.blueletterbible.org/comme...iah&ar=Neh_9_8

Quote:
vs. 8 God made a covenant with Abraham, and He performed His word, for He is righteous
.

God is the one who is righteous. Does anybody disagree?

Another commentary at http://www.blueletterbible.org/comme...iah&ar=Neh_9_8

states:

Quote:
Quote:
3. (7-8) Praise to the God who chose Abraham and made a covenant with him and his descendants.

You are the Lord God, who chose Abram, and brought him out of Ur of the Chaldeans, and gave him the name Abraham; You found his heart faithful before You, and made a covenant with him to give the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, and the Girgashites; to give it to his descendants. You have performed Your words, for You are righteous.

a. You have performed Your words: This says to God, “Lord, You promised this land to Abraham and his descendants, and now here we are! Your promise is indeed true
Once again, righteousness is attributed to God.

God has no righteousness about him without a him in Being except in Lord God, and thus Lord God is the One.

Except that God is not Lord God but Lord God is God made manifest here on earth. God does not care either way or evil could no longer be evil, but just remain wrath that we can consume only against nature as animal man.

The reason I posted this thread was to establish that there was external support for the contention that Abram imputed righteousness to God for promising to deliver His promises enumerated in Gen 15:1-5.

Your argument and misreading is already known from the previous thread. It isn't getting any better.
Chili my friend, Onias is in desperate need of more of your help here.
