Default Documentary Hypothesis

Here's a question for you all to chew on - Genesis 31. The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops New American Bible has a footnote about verses 43-54

But Friedman lists the whole thing as E only. Furthermore, what would be the significance of the Aramaic name found in verse 47?
